Facilitating deals can be a thorny process, but not where Tyler Vivian is involved. Clarity and continuous support are hallmarks of Tyler’s practice, and he provides peace of mind to companies executing capital markets transactions. Initial public offerings, high-yield and investment grade debt offerings, public and private equity offerings, debt exchange offers, tender offers and consent solicitations all fall under his purview. He has significant experience representing clients in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, consumer products and retail, hospitality and gaming industries.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Tyler worked as an associate at a firm in New York City from 2017 to 2021. While there, he represented issuers and underwriters in transactions of up to $10 billion. During law school, Tyler worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Prior to law school, Tyler worked in enterprise software sales in California.

Personal Interests

In his free time, Tyler enjoys running and has completed numerous marathons to date. He also enjoys fishing, skiing, mountain biking and golfing.
