Overview

Tyler Vivian regularly represents issuers and investment banks in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, registered direct offerings, PIPEs, and high-yield and investment grade debt offerings. He also represents emerging companies and venture capital funds in private placements of equity and debt securities and governance matters. He has significant experience representing clients in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, healthcare, consumer products and retail, hospitality and gaming industries. 

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Tyler worked as an associate at a firm in New York City from 2017 to 2021. While there, he represented issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions of up to $10 billion. During law school, Tyler worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. 

Personal Interests

In his free time, Tyler enjoys running, fishing, skiing and biking.
