Sam manages estate planning, guardianship, trust administration, and probate cases. She ensures accurate and efficient document production — drafting wills, trusts, probate pleadings, and other documents. Sam also coordinates trust funding and prepares related documents such as deeds.

She is highly experienced with family businesses and their succession planning, including the creation of corporate entity documents. Sam tracks and files business entity reports as well as guardianship biennial reports.

Prior to joining the firm, Sam served as a senior paralegal for 10 years at a law firm in Fishers, Indiana. There, she managed estate planning and elder law cases; drafted pleadings, corporate entity, and estate plan documents; and facilitated client meetings.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and three sons. She often attends sporting events and is an avid Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Fever, Indiana Pacers, and Indiana Hoosiers fan. Sam also enjoys planning and hosting events.
