Overview
Erin Theroux supports Intellectual Property attorneys by filing and maintaining utility patent applications in both the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and International Bureau, maintaining trademarks with the USPTO, and performing intellectual property due diligence searches of target companies identified by the firm’s corporate transactions team. As a former legal assistant and transactional group coordinator, Erin had experience in handling a broad range of intellectual property tasks prior to earning her nationally recognized Certified Paralegal (CP) designation in 2013.
Personal Interests
Erin enjoys spending time in nature, whether outdoors amid a forest or indoors in a nature conservatory. She believes one should always observe and indulge in their curiosities and is currently studying the link between psychology and physiology in her free time.
