Overview
Kacie Phillips Tawfic counsels clients in navigating and resolving disputes at all stages of litigation. She defends clients in complex business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts, including trade secret and noncompete litigation, consumer class actions, and appellate matters. Kacie also has experience in finance litigation, including bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and represents financial institutions, creditors and creditor committees in actions involving claims of fraud, fraudulent transfer, alter ego and successor liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Kacie served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Edward J. Cleary on the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
