Overview

Jessica Tabibian advises clients throughout all stages of product liability and mass tort litigation. She thrives on collaboration to formulate case strategies that best advocate for her clients in complex matters. She is experienced in all phases of litigation, including propounding and answering written discovery, preparing witnesses for depositions and trial testimony, analyzing corporate documents to develop case strategy, and drafting pleadings and motions.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker’s Los Angeles office, Jessica was an associate at a litigation boutique in Washington, D.C., where she built a strong foundation working in complex commercial disputes, personal injury matters, and pharmaceutical product liability cases. Jessica maintained a pro bono practice and was awarded the D.C. Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll’s distinction of High Honors for successfully representing an elderly client in a landlord-tenant dispute by achieving both equitable and monetary compensation. 

Jessica received her J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School. During law school, she was a member of the George Washington International Law Review, served as a writing fellow and earned a position on the Alternative Dispute Resolutions Honors Board. While attending law school, she worked in the District of Columbia’s Office of the Attorney General’s Civil Litigation division. 

Personal Interests

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time at the beach, collecting vinyl records, learning languages and watching Jeopardy.
