Prior Experience
As a research assistant at Emory University School of Law, Areeb performed literature reviews and wrote memoranda summarizing his findings. Areeb also participated in Emory University School of Law’s Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results program, where he examined topics such as whether a new business should file a patent application, pitfalls companies should be aware of in cross-border projects involving artificial intelligence, and how to best bring technology to market through the use of patent searches and market research. With a background in public health, he brings a solid project management skillset to his legal work. These project management skills were honed while supporting the clinical staff of an oncology clinic while providing oversight to office staff. Areeb has also worked with the Centers for Disease Control, testing volunteers for HIV and interviewing them about health risks.
Personal Interests
Areeb enjoys going to car meets, reading, watching movies and trying new foods.
