Overview
Rachael Stack advises clients through a variety of transactional matters within the commercial real estate and construction industries, including evaluating client risk, drafting and negotiating services and purchase agreements, construction and design agreements, and assisting clients with contractual disputes to meet their business needs.
Before joining the firm, Rachael was an attorney for Discover Financial Services, where she drafted and negotiated a wide variety of agreements, including payment services, sponsorship and incentive agreements, vendor, consulting and trademark licensing agreements.
Personal Interests
Outside of her practice, Rachael enjoys running and frequently trains for marathons and triathlons. Prior to law school, she ran and captained the NCAA Div. II Cross Country and Track and Field teams for the University of Minnesota Duluth.
