Overview

Shane Solinger helps clients assess, plan and execute high-value transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Shane represents both buyers and sellers on major mergers and acquisitions — including transactions valued at up to $200 million — and has represented issuers in multiple private financing transactions. He has worked with companies in a variety of industries including technology, insurance, barcoding technology, construction, waste disposal and logistics.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Having taken a leading role in many multimillion-dollar deals for both buyers and sellers, Shane helps companies pursue mergers and acquisitions with confidence. Clients and deal teams rely on Shane to conduct transactional due diligence, draft merger agreements, and prepare disclosure schedules and closing deliverables. He has also managed a pre-closing reorganization.

Shane enjoys reading, hiking and camping in his free time.
