Overview

Jason Rauch advocates for businesses and business owners in their internal disputes through alternative dispute resolution, at trial and on appeal. Jason litigates in state and federal court in shareholder and corporate governance matters, fiduciary duty litigation securities litigation, and M&A litigation. When options are few and trial is likely, clients turn to Jason because he is at home in the courtroom. His trial experience, skills and track record can expand options and influence settlements in the most difficult of circumstances.

Shareholder Litigation

Jason litigates breach of fiduciary duty claims involving shareholders, directors and officers. He represents clients in securities disputes, including securities class actions, and also litigates fraud and breach of contract claims.

Trial Work

Jason is also an accomplished trial lawyer who thrives in the courtroom. He has extensive experience preparing cases for trial and has tried cases involving fiduciary duty disputes, agency issues, and tort claims. He has won verdicts and judgments in state and federal court for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Trust and Estate Litigation

Jason has significant experience in trust, estate and guardianship matters. He represents corporate and individual trustees, trust beneficiaries, personal representatives and other fiduciaries, and charitable foundations to preserve family legacies.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Jason served as a police officer for nearly 10 years with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Jason also served in the U.S. Army as a psychological operations specialist, including a deployment to Iraq.

Personal Interests

Jason enjoys traveling and going to baseball games with his wife and kids.
