Overview
Jason Rauch is a trial-experienced litigator who solves complex legal problems. He advocates for individual and business clients through alternative dispute resolution, at trial and on appeal. Jason focuses his practice on trust and estate litigation and represents individual and corporate fiduciaries, and individual or charitable beneficiaries or heirs. Jason also represents clients in commercial and mass and toxic tort litigation.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Jason served as a police officer for nearly 10 years with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Jason also served in the U.S. Army as a psychological operations specialist, spending time in Iraq.
Personal Interests
Jason enjoys traveling and going to baseball games with his wife and kids.
