Linda is responsible for the prosecution and maintenance of international and domestic trademark portfolios, as she communicates and coordinates with business clients on the maintenance of their marks. That includes the filing of trademark applications and related prosecution documents, conducting trademark availability searches, review of watch notices, the preparation of oppositions and extension requests, preparation of declarations of use and renewal applications, monitoring foreign law firms handling foreign trademarks, evaluating intellectual property assets in connection with mergers and acquisitions, filing electronic copyright applications, filing recordations with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and monitoring of deadlines.
