Remy Nshimiyimana partners with domestic and foreign clients to ensure that their strategic objectives in mergers and acquisitions and equity financing transactions are executed timely and effectively.

Remy is also trusted by clients to handle the entire lifecycle of the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts of varied complexity, including procurement contracts for goods and services. He regularly advises and consults with Fortune 500 companies and middle market businesses in contracting arrangements to align with their goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Remy represents domestic and international companies, as well as private equity funds and investment firms, in acquisition and disposition transactions. He has facilitated transactions for clients in the financial services, technology, and health and life sciences industries. He was previously in a strategic secondment to the in-house corporate legal department of a global media and technology company, working as lead counsel on various M&A transactions.

Commercial Contracts

Remy guides clients through drafting and negotiating complex commercial arrangements to generate favorable business outcomes. He advises on supply chain and procurement contracts, and helps clients evaluate, manage and mitigate risks in various commercial engagements.
