Beth Morales
Land Use Planner
Overview
Prior Experience
Before joining Faegre Drinker, Beth served as a land-use planner and software systems administrator for the Allen County and Fort Wayne Department of Planning Services. There she conducted research and drafted proposed zoning ordinances; engaged with the public to address technical inquiries related to regulatory approval, floodplain management, land use, and zoning ordinances; collaborated with various teams to meet community outreach objectives; and led software use improvement initiatives. Beth has also served in operations management roles in hospital administration and warehousing.
Personal Interests
Outside of the office, Beth operates a small market garden, planting produce and flowers using pollinator-friendly management techniques, with a sales venue at her local farmer’s market. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, and she loves splitting her vacations with her family between the rocky coastline of Downeast Maine and the warm sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast, where she pulls unwitting family members into water adventures they never knew they needed.
