As a judicial law clerk of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, she assisted with published opinions with legal research and preparing, editing and proofreading drafts. She also researched and prepared summaries and bench memorandums to assist the justice in preparing for oral argument, as well as reviewed petitions for certification and prepared memoranda analyzing the legal issues and recommending whether the court should grant certifications.
Jennifer was a summer associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath, where she researched and prepared memoranda on issues including workplace harassment and litigation, the Federal Arbitration Act, confessions of judgment, class action certification, the Lanham Act and nonprofit corporation law. She also assisted attorneys in drafting briefs and motions involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act class action litigation, breach of contract and contractual indemnification issues.
