Overview

Allie Jo Mitchell is focused on complex, high-stakes construction, real estate, and infrastructure disputes, with a growing focus on data center, energy, and mission-critical facility projects for artificial intelligence and other technology sector clients. She advises owners, developers, and contractors in matters where technology failures, contractual risk, and significant capital investments intersect.

She is known for developing practical, business-oriented litigation strategies in disputes involving sophisticated construction and infrastructure systems, helping clients protect investments, minimize operational disruption, and achieve efficient resolution in matters that often proceed to trial and appeal. Allie Jo represents clients at all stages of dispute resolution, including pre-suit strategy, mediation, arbitration, bench and jury trials, administrative proceedings, and appellate practice.

Data Centers & Mission-Critical Infrastructure

Allie Jo represents technology sector clients in disputes arising out of the development, operation, and reconfiguration of data center and mission-critical infrastructure facilities. Her work includes complex, multiparty litigation involving the design, installation, and performance of specialized mechanical and electrical systems essential to continuous operations.

She has experience handling state and federal disputes involving construction and design defects; system performance failures; delay claims; breach of contract, warranty, and indemnity issues; colocation agreements; and disputes arising from large-scale infrastructure upgrades and operational reconfiguration.

Her approach is grounded in a solid understanding of data center design, project logistics, procurement, installation sequencing, and facility operations, allowing her to translate technical issues into actionable litigation strategy. She regularly works with engineering and technical experts to develop case strategy and evaluate risk in high-value infrastructure disputes.

Her experience includes construction defects, delay, and disruption claims; mechanics’ liens and payment disputes; title and registration actions; purchase agreement disputes; commercial lease disputes; and easements and boundary conflicts.
