Hans focuses on venture capital work, advising both strategic and financial investors, as well as investee companies. He has successfully closed deals across various industries, including fintech, life sciences, cybersecurity and animal health. Hans guides clients throughout the entire investment cycle, from structuring and negotiating to closing deals. His experience in commercial law also enables him to seamlessly navigate post-investment negotiations on distribution, licensing and supply agreements.

In addition to his venture capital work, Hans has a wide-ranging corporate practice. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and shareholder disputes. Much of Hans' experience is international, with a particular focus on German-speaking markets and clients.
