Overview

Holly McIntyre serves insurance company clients across the United States, with a focus on the captive industry. She advises stakeholders and provides strategic and management consulting services to all types of captives. 

Captive Insurance Experience

Holly has experience assisting with the formation of captive insurance companies, preparing organizational documents and other materials as part of the application process. Once the captive is formed, she also provides captive management with related services — such as financial reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance — to assist with ongoing captive management operations. With experience working directly with state insurance commissioners and regulators, Holly provides the captive management practice her knowledge and skill across multiple jurisdictions.

Legal Experience

As a project manager for an Am Law 100 firm, Holly has extensive experience collaborating directly with practice group leadership on business development initiatives, client relationship management, and attorney retention strategies. She was previously a member of the Faegre Drinker team who worked with practice groups to develop targeted pitch materials, enhance candidate recruitment, monitor developments from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, Republican and Democratic Governors Associations, Insured Retirement Institute, and the American Council of Life Insurers.

Prior Experience

Prior to her law-related experience, Holly served as an advisor at the Embassy of the State of Kuwait.
