Susan Y. Ly

Susan Ly is a member of the firm’s insurance group. She advises insurance clients on litigation matters and provides coverage advice on a wide variety of insurance policies and types of claims.

Before joining the firm, Susan counseled international and domestic insurers in a wide range of coverage areas including cyber liability, professional liability, employment practices liability and commercial general liability. She drafted coverage positions, responded to coverage challenges, and represented insurers at mediations and negotiations of settlements.
