Overview

Marie Lundgren advises clients on product regulatory compliance and provides comprehensive support to businesses that are facing mass tort and product liability risks.

Prior Experience

During law school, Marie gained experience in both litigation and transactional matters through multiple internships, research roles, and clinical work.

As a judicial extern to Chief Judge Patrick J. Schiltz and Judge Eric C. Tostrud in the US District Court for the District of Minnesota, Marie completed research and writing assignments across a range of practice areas. She conducted legal research and drafted orders and bench memoranda on issues including jurisdictional disputes, agency actions, tort claims, and employment discrimination.

As a student attorney and later student director in the Clemency Clinic, Marie prepared petitions and argued on behalf of incarcerated individuals seeking pardons and commutations of sentence.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Marie enjoys cross-country skiing, running, biking, painting, reading, and spending time with her two cats.
