Christina Lidondici advises clients in connection with a variety of corporate matters ranging from strategic mergers and acquisitions to securities compliance and disclosure obligations, including SEC reporting requirements.

Prior Experience

Christina’s career in law began with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, where she interned with the domestic violence unit and trial teams. Christina later immersed herself in a mix of civil, criminal and corporate cases as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle, former chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey; a summer associate for the firm; and a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez, also of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
