Insurance & Financial Services
Eli guides clients through the complexities of launching new products in both the admitted and non-admitted markets, securing regulatory approvals, and adapting to evolving compliance obligations. He provides strategic counsel on cross-jurisdictional issues, drawing on experience in licensing, regulatory filings, corporate transactions, and litigation.
In addition to monitoring international supervisory standards, Eli actively tracks legislative developments — such as those impacting artificial intelligence and climate liability — to help clients anticipate changes and pivot business practices in response to changing legal and regulatory environments.
He regularly writes and contributes thought leadership, proactively bringing clients new ideas to reduce risk and increase net profit. Eli also represents Faegre Drinker at industry conferences, to ensure clients benefit from the latest insights and best practices. His commitment is to deliver clear guidance and innovative solutions — supporting growth and compliance for financial services and insurance companies.
