Blake has more than five years of experience defending clients involved in mass torts. He has developed legal strategies, drafted global dispositive motions, and pursued case management orders that have led to hundreds of cases being dismissed. With a firm grasp of the unique challenges inherent to mass-tort litigation, Blake combines creativity with zealous advocacy to develop and implement legal strategies that have netted tangible results for clients.

Appeals

Recognizing that the foundation for a successful appeal is built at the trial-court level, Blake counsels clients on issue preservation and appellate strategy to best position them for a potential appeal. When an appeal becomes necessary, Blake leverages his experience and legal acumen to help clients navigate appellate complexities. Blake has litigated before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Indiana Court of Appeals, securing victories for clients and helping shape the contours of product liability law in Indiana.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Blake enjoys the arts and the outdoors. A lifelong musician, Blake plays the drums in a local cover band and composes his own music. He also enjoys visiting state and national parks across the country, hoping to one day visit all 63 U.S. National Parks.
