Andy Krafcheck helps clients advance their goals in real estate matters, focusing on commercial property acquisitions and sales; development; zoning and land use; and industrial, office and retail leasing.
Andy’s experience includes:
  • Due diligence.
  • Resolving title defects.
  • Closing commercial transactions.
  • Drafting real estate-related agreements and documents.

He works with student housing properties, shopping centers, multifamily residences and office buildings. 

Past Experience

During law school, Andy worked as a summer associate at Faegre Baker Daniels and clerked for the Hon. Thomas J. Felts and Magistrate Craig J. Bobay in the Allen Circuit Court. He also served as a tax intern for Katz, Sapper & Miller in Indianapolis and audit intern with Crowe Horwath in Fort Wayne.
