Cecily represents employers in federal and state court litigation involving a wide range of workplace claims, including cases brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD), the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA), and the New York State Human Rights Law (NYSHRL).

Employment Regulatory Compliance

Cecily advises employers on day-to-day employment issues and workplace policies, helping them comply with federal, state, and local laws while addressing evolving workforce challenges.
