Overview
Clayton Harvey works with employers to maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations. He draws on litigation experience to guide clients through their most complex employment-related matters.
Prior Experience
Clayton served as a commercial litigation associate for a New York-based law firm before joining Faegre Drinker. In that role he drafted complaints, answers and motions in complex commercial disputes in state and federal court.
He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Robert Kirsch in the Criminal Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, conducting legal research and preparing memoranda regarding the admissibility of evidence, motions to dismiss, motions to withdraw guilty pleas, petitions for post-conviction relief and expungements. In that role he also drafted opinions, jury instructions, orders and letters.
Personal Interests
In his free time, Clayton enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and attending professional and collegiate sporting events.
