Overview

Jen Grimm has been with the firm for more than 20 years. She has held the roles of legal administrative assistant, paralegal, and senior paralegal with the immigration team. She now holds the role of immigration operations specialist. In this position, Jen is responsible for managing the immigration software case management system (LawLogix), onboarding and offboarding clients, training, process improvement, client/case responsibilities, and more. She has extensive experience in immigration law.

Jen also received the 2025 Pro Bono Service Moment of the Year Award.
