Overview

Lindsey Gallagher supports private clients and their legal teams with probate, estate planning, tax planning and real estate matters. She manages court-supervised trust proceedings, coordinating closely with trustees, court administrators and attorneys to ensure all aspects of the process are handled efficiently. Lindsey also assists in preparing estate planning documents, estate and gift tax returns, probate pleadings, and real estate conveyance documents.

Prior Experience

Lindsey previously worked at a law firm in Duluth, where she built her skills working on probate, estate planning, real estate and banking matters.

Prior to the law, Lindsey was a reading support teacher and tutor for middle schoolers through American Indian Education. She also mentored students and served as a substitute teacher across various subjects.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys going on long hikes and reading a good book.
