Overview
Sara Ehsani-Nia works with employers to ensure they are compliant with a variety of labor & employment laws including wage and hour laws, the Private Attorneys General Act, the Fair Employment and Housing Act, disability leave laws, the Equal Pay Act, fair credit reporting laws and local COVID-19 ordinances, among others. Sara also advises clients in the creation of employment policies, practices and procedures.
Prior Experience
Sara has significant employment litigation experience, and has litigated hundreds of individual, representative and class actions concerning wage and hour issues, sexual harassment, whistle blowing, fair credit reporting laws, the WARN Act, defamation, wrongful termination and various forms of discrimination.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Sara enjoys hiking, listening to podcasts, officiating weddings and collecting watches.
