Overview

Brandon Cole helps businesses ranging from startups to public companies with strategic transactions. He brings a high degree of scrutiny to M&A deals, including asset purchases and stock purchases, and is a constant aid throughout the deal life cycle. Brandon also frequently assists with capital raises and other general corporate matters.

Prior Experience

Before joining the firm, Brandon spent four years in the corporate practice of a business-focused law firm. He also worked for a private equity fund. During his time there, Brandon advanced the due diligence and valuation process for M&A deals.
