Xinyi Chen utilizes her experience as an attorney in the U.S. to advise companies on complex labor and employment matters in China.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Xinyi served as the executive director for a Shanghai-based law firm’s operations platform. In that role, she founded an operations platform for law firms called LawMars which helped grow the size of the law firm in four years. She also served as a senior associate for client protection/compliance in New York and Shanghai. In that role, Xinyi partnered with global consultancies, capital markets and corporate clients in the compliance and legal space. Xinyi previously served as an associate at a law firm in New York where she supervised all workers’ compensation cases.

Personal Interests

Xinyi is an avid runner and often participates in marathons and obstacle races. She spends much of her time advocating for women’s rights charities.
