Overview

Darcy Boehme is a litigation paralegal providing support to clients and attorneys on product liability and mass tort matters. Darcy has experience working on major sports, pharmaceutical and medical device cases, including class actions and multidistrict litigation matters. She is skilled in prioritizing and handling multiple projects and deadlines, and utilizes strong organizational capabilities.

She has many years of experience in electronic filings in state, federal and appellate cases as well as in drafting pleadings and discovery. Darcy assists with the management of e-discovery, including organization, searches, and productions, as well as preparation of witness files, exhibits, and case materials for depositions, trials, and arbitrations.

Prior Experience

Prior to Faegre Drinker, Darcy worked in the legal department at TCF Financial Corporation (now Huntington Bancshares Inc.).
