Overview

Nick Argentieri represents corporate debtors and creditors in complex restructurings and distressed transactions, whether implemented through Chapter 11 proceedings or out-of-court workouts. As a member of the firm’s corporate restructuring practice group, Nick advises borrowers, secured and unsecured creditors, official committees, trustees, and parties to distressed M&A transactions, among various other stakeholders.

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Nick practiced in the New York office of another international law firm, where he represented debtors in industries ranging from oil and gas and offshore infrastructure to health care and communications technology in liability management transactions as well as prepackaged, prearranged, and traditional Chapter 11 cases.
