Overview
In addition to her litigation work, Alison counsels clients on a variety of antitrust matters, which include obtaining regulatory clearance for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. She also represents companies and individuals in civil and criminal investigations, tax controversies and fraud investigations. This includes qui tam lawsuits and False Claims Act matters.
Alison’s litigation experience also extends to various complex commercial matters, including contract disputes, trade secrets and unfair competition claims, commercial real estate litigation and landlord-tenant disputes.
While in law school, Alison interned at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of Virginia and served as a law clerk in the Boston College Innocence Project.
