Overview

Natalie Abdou provides comprehensive support to businesses that are facing mass tort and product liability risks.

Prior Experience

Before joining the firm, Natalie served as a summer associate for two summers. During that time, she gained broad experience in intellectual property, construction and estate planning matters. She conducted legal research and drafted memoranda across multiple practice areas, analyzed case law for appellate briefings, and supported transactional work involving real estate and corporate documents. Natalie also worked on a pro bono asylum matter, leading client interviews and preparing a complete application for submission.

In addition, during law school, Natalie assisted in evaluating patent portfolios and researching potential infringement, preparing detailed claim charts and presenting findings to attorneys and clients. She was an active member of her school’s trademark moot court team and served as both a teaching and research assistant.

Before attending law school, Natalie worked as a drafting paralegal, collaborating with attorneys to prepare wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, and assisting with trust funding and client data management.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Natalie enjoys running and lifting weights, exploring new cities and cuisines around the world, learning new languages (currently Spanish), and spending time with her friends and family on Lake Michigan.
