Ryan Funk Comments on Potential NLRB Policy Reversals in Bloomberg Law

Labor and employment partner Ryan Funk spoke with Bloomberg Law about potential workplace policy reversals following the confirmation of National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) member James Macy.

Among the rulings discussed was the NLRB’s 2023 Stericycle decision, which established a stricter standard for evaluating the legality of employee handbooks and work policies.

“Stericycle prevents employers from having many common-sense rules,” Funk said. “All private sector employers will be better off if it is repealed.”
