Paraquat MDL Lone Pine Order Creates New Hurdles for Nonsettling Plaintiffs

The multidistrict litigation (MDL) concerning paraquat-based herbicides — In re: Paraquat Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 3004 (S.D. Ill.) — has become a focal point in mass torts.
