A Collaborative Column: Has Practicing Law Really Changed?

Government and regulatory partner Scott Chinn co-authored an article for The Indiana Lawyer titled, “A Collaborative Column: Has Practicing Law Really Changed?” 

In the article, Chinn emphasizes the importance of collaboration between new and senior attorneys. For early career attorneys, he recommends observing the subtle judgement calls and strategic decision making of those with years of experience. For senior attorneys, he suggests reflecting on current practices and being open to new technologies, research tools and approaches to problem solving. 

“The real strength of the legal community is the exchange of knowledge through continuous learning,” Chinn concludes.
