Cheryl Orr Comments on Internal Investigations in the Workplace With SHRM

In “Internal Investigations Can Curb Bullying,” the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) turned to labor and employment partner Cheryl Orr for her commentary on internal investigations surrounding bullying and harassment in the workplace.

Cheryl recommended asking open-ended questions and being as discrete as possible to protect everyone’s privacy. Remember that whatever you write down “could be produced in litigation, so make sure it’s accurate,” she added.
