Faegre Drinker Consulting principal Terry Frangiosa co-authored an article titled “Assessing What Matters to People Affected by Alzheimer’s Disease: A Quantitative Analysis” for the journal Neurology and Therapy.
The article evaluates the importance of symptoms, impacts, and outcomes of people affected by Alzheimer’s disease (AD), those at risk of AD, and health care providers for people with AD. Overall, the authors note that their study resulted in findings that taking medications correctly, not feeling down or depressed, and safety had the highest importance ratings among AD patients and health care providers, regardless of the phase of AD the patient was in.
