Jesse Witten and Steve Lokensgard Speak About Medicare’s 60-Day Rule on The Compliance Guy Podcast

Witten and Lokensgard focused on the comprehensive legal research they performed to learn more about the 60-day rule requiring Medicare and Medicaid overpayments to be returned and reported 60 days after being identified. They dove deep into the language of the law and the compliance issues that have arisen from the “gray areas” of the 60-day rule.
