Appellate Civil Case Law Update – June 2021

Business litigation partner Daniel Pulliam coauthored the Appellate Civil Case Law Update column for the Indiana State Bar Association’s Res Gestae September 2021 issue.

In June, the Indiana Supreme Court issued four civil opinions and the Indiana Court of Appeals issued 20 published civil opinions. The authors summarize three of the Indiana Supreme Court’s opinions, including State v. Timbs, City of Marion v. London Witte Group, and Berg v. Berg.
