Libby Baney Speaks with Informa Pharma Intelligence About CBD Enforcement

Libby Baney was interviewed by Informa Pharma Intelligence for a story about the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)’s recent report to Congress on the lawful use of cannabidiol (CBD) in food and dietary supplements.

Baney added that while the FDA has noted some concerns in connection with CBD, further testing and evaluation are needed, as it would help the industry cooperate with mandates more efficiently.
