A Developing Split Over Online Marketplace Product Liability

Blake Angelino and Ben Broadhead co-authored an article for Law360 examining two recent opinions from U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, which suggest that online marketplaces -- such as Amazon.com Inc. and eBay Inc. -- may be held liable for allegedly defective products sold through their sites.
