Supreme Court Clean Air Act Jurisprudence in the 2013-14 Term: Cooperative Federalism and Agency Authority

The U.S. Supreme Court's 2013-14 term was an active term for environmental cases. The Court handed down two decisions on cases involving the EPA. The two cases challenged the EPA's authority to regulate greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.
