Faegre Baker Daniels M&A Conference Panel Featured in The Deal

With dramatic reductions in both price and processing duration, representations and warranties insurance (RWI) for mergers and acquisition deals is becoming more common. At Faegre Baker Daniels' annual M&A Conference Nov. 7, an expert panel discussed recent developments in the RWI market.

The panel, "M&A Insurance: The Bigfoot of the Deal World or Another Tool in Your M&A Toolbox?," was moderated by Cathy Gryczan, FaegreBD partner, and featured Melanie Wadsworth, FaegreBD partner; Jay Rittberg, AIG vice president of mergers and acquisitions insurance; and Craig Schioppo, Marsh USA Transactional Risk Group managing director.
