Pro Bono Patent Program Featured in The National Law Journal

Faegre Baker Daniels is named as a founding sponsor of the LegalCORPS' Inventor Assistance Program in The National Law Journal article,  "Pro Bono Program: A Boost for Garage Inventors." The pro bono program was developed in response to the passage in 2011 of the federal America Invents Act, which directs the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to "work with and support intellectual property law associations" across the United States in setting up pro bono patent programs. 

The Minnesota program is the first of its kind nationally, with Colorado following closely behind. Faegre Baker Daniels is also providing leadership for the Colorado pro bono program.
