Joe Smith Assesses Proposed Indiana Smoking Ban and Tax Bills on "Inside the Statehouse"

The 2012 session of the Indiana General Assembly is drawing to a close, and several bills with the potential to impact Indiana businesses are entering final negotiations in conference committee.
