An IPAC-RS update: A practitioner’s perspective on human factors

Washington, D.C. science advisor Ilse Peterson co-authored an article for Inhalation Magazine on behalf of the International Pharmaceutical Aerosol Consortium on Regulation and Science (IPAC-RS) titled, "An IPAC-RS update: A practitioner's perspective on human factors. The article discussed a webinar held by the IPAC-RS Device Working Group, which explained the benefits of human factors engineering (HFE).

There has been a growing interest in HFE, along with usability engineering (UE); both focus on "understanding and optimizing how people interact with technology."
