Engler Anticipates Increasing M&A Activity in Comments to Star Tribune

The second quarter of 2011 saw anemic M&A activity.  Bruce Engler, in comments to the Star Tribune, explains that the Faegre & Benson M&A legal team has seen an increase in deal activity approaching pre-recession levels. He thinks deals will increase for the second half of 2011 as companies are taking advantage of inexpensive financing options.
