Bill Roberts was interviewed by Law360 for an October 7, 2010 "Q&A" segment. 

Law360 asked Bill to name the most challenging case he has worked on to date.  Bill cited a group of multi-plaintiff actions against the U.S. Department of Agriculture for breach of contract and unconstitutional takings (otherwise known as Section 515 litigation).  In the litigation, Bill represented more than 700 owners of multifamily housing properties under development with the USDA.

Additionally, Bill answers questions about reform and the future of government contracts, and he provides the advice he would give to new attorneys in this area of practice.

When Bill is asked what he is most proud of, he cites the outcome of the USDA cases.  "Obtaining fair compensation from the U.S. in a dispute of such magnitude is no easy feat, and we succeeded in this instance."
