BEC - DOL Issues Model COBRA Notices

Members of our benefits and executive compensation group are busy digesting (with an ample supply of TUMS^®) the recent guidance issued by the DOL and the IRS regarding the ARRA COBRA subsidy. Because of all of the interest, we wanted to send a quick note to let you know that the DOL has issued the Model Notices.
